Return in Store
You may return any item purchased at Hera Print store. For faster return processing, please bring your receipt or packing slip and a valid photo ID.
Return by Mail via the Carrier of Your Choice
Place the Return Form portion of your packing slip in the box with your return. If you do not have your packing slip, you may get a pre-populated Return Form by looking up your order at the website. If you can't locate your order, print a blank Return Form and fill it out. Then, place the completed form in the box with your return. Put the return label on the package, add postage and mail it via the carrier of your choice. Or you can E-mail our staff to help the returns plan.
Shipping Charges : Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
The returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and in the original packaging.
No returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued without the original packing invoice.
Please allow a processing time of two to three weeks for refunds and exchanges.
For items being sent to our Returns department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail offered by FedEx, USPS, and other carriers. Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions and a copy of this invoice, and send to:

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it or e-mail us and we'll arrange for a replacement. If you would rather return the item by mail, please E-mail us for special instructions at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will cover all reasonable and customary free shipping fees.
With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.
