Giveaway Period

The giveaway is open from August 6, 2026 until September 30, 2026. The winner will be randomly selected on September 30, 2026 after the entry period closes.

How to Join

1. Create a free HeraPrint account using a valid email address.
2. Upload three (3) original artwork designs to your HeraPrint shop.
3. Post the official HeraPrint Canva Story template on your Facebook or Instagram Story and tag HeraPrint.

4. Submit your registered email address and a screenshot of your Story through the official giveaway submission form.

Official Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals aged 13 years or older with a valid HeraPrint account. No purchase is necessary. Employees or individuals directly involved in organizing this promotion are not eligible to participate.

Artwork Requirements

Only original artwork created by the participant is accepted.

The following are prohibited:

• AI-generated artwork
• Plagiarized or stolen artwork
• Traced artwork
• Copyright-infringing fan art
• Copied images or screenshots
• Offensive, hateful, explicit, or illegal content
• Spam or low-quality uploads

Artwork Quality Standards

HeraPrint reserves the right to reject artwork that does not meet reasonable quality standards or appears to have been uploaded solely to satisfy the giveaway requirements. Rejected artwork will not count toward the required three (3) qualifying designs.

Examples include blank designs, placeholder artwork, blurry images, duplicate or nearly identical uploads, simple text-only designs, copied content, and excessive low-effort submissions.

Spam & Abuse Policy

Creating multiple accounts, using temporary email addresses, submitting duplicate artwork, manipulating screenshots, using automated tools, or attempting to unfairly increase the chances of winning will result in immediate disqualification.

Verification

HeraPrint reserves the right to verify participant eligibility, artwork originality, Story submissions, and account activity before accepting any giveaway entry.

Winner Selection

One eligible participant will be selected at random on September 30, 2026 after the giveaway period ends. The drawing may be livestreamed or recorded to promote transparency.

Prize Claim

The winner will be contacted using the email address submitted through the entry form. If the prize is not claimed within fourteen (14) days, HeraPrint reserves the right to select another winner.

Disqualification

Entries found to violate these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified before or after the winner announcement.

Modification or Cancellation

HeraPrint reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances affect the fairness or integrity of the promotion.
