Welcome to HeraPrint. By accessing or using our website, services, or marketplace (collectively, “Services”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use HeraPrint.

1. Definitions

  • “HeraPrint” – the platform, website, and brand operated by the owner.
  • “User” / “Customer” – any person browsing, purchasing, or interacting with the platform.
  • “Designer” / “Vendor” – an individual who uploads artwork or designs for sale on the platform.
  • “Orders” – printed products purchased by customers.
  • “Content” – any artwork, images, text, or media uploaded by designers or users.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using HeraPrint, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent).
  • You agree to all policies linked on the website (Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, etc.).
  • You are legally able to enter agreements under Philippine law.

3. Use of the Platform

Users agree NOT to:

  • Use the site for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
  • Upload harmful files, malware, or abusive content.
  • Attempt to bypass security or access restricted areas.
  • Harass, impersonate, or mislead others.

HeraPrint may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

4. Designer / Vendor Responsibilities

Designers who upload designs agree that:

  • All designs must be original, licensed, or allowed for commercial use.
  • You retain copyright to your work but grant HeraPrint a license to:
    • display, print, and sell your uploaded designs;
    • show previews, thumbnails, and samples.
  • You will not upload:
    • stolen artwork;
    • AI-generated stolen or copyrighted content;
    • logos, brands, or characters you do not own;
    • pornographic, hateful, violent, or illegal materials.

Designers are fully responsible for any legal claims resulting from their uploads. HeraPrint may remove designs without notice if they violate policies.

5. Order Processing and Production

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen and printer differences.
  • Production begins only after payment is confirmed.
  • Turnaround time depends on product type, volume, and processing queue.
  • HeraPrint reserves the right to decline or cancel orders at its discretion.

6. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices shown on the website are final unless stated otherwise.
  • Designers receive commissions based on the Marketplace Vendor Agreement.
  • HeraPrint may update prices, shipping fees, and commissions at any time.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping timeframes are estimates only, not guarantees.
  • Delays caused by couriers, weather, disasters, or unexpected events are not the responsibility of HeraPrint.
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Refund and replacement requests are covered under the Refund Policy.

Generally, HeraPrint accepts returns only for:

  • misprints
  • damaged items
  • wrong item received
  • items with clear production defects

HeraPrint does not accept refunds for:

  • changing your mind
  • design or color expectation differences
  • incorrect customer-submitted files or details

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform—except designer-submitted artwork—is owned by HeraPrint.

Designers keep ownership of their work but allow HeraPrint to:

  • print the design;
  • promote the design on the site;
  • show mockups, ads, or previews.

Unauthorized reproduction of any content from the site is prohibited.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

  • HeraPrint may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, violate copyright rules, attempt fraud, abuse the refund system, or upload harmful or illegal content.
  • Suspension may be without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

HeraPrint is not liable for:

  • lost profits
  • delays or courier issues
  • customer-uploaded errors
  • designer-uploaded copyrighted material
  • indirect or incidental damages

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for an order.

12. Changes to These Terms

HeraPrint may update the Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Privacy Policy

HeraPrint does not collect or store any payment card data. All orders are fulfilled through Cash on Delivery (COD) via J&T Express.

1.3 Uploaded Content

If you upload designs, images, or files for printing, we store them only to complete your order.

Your information is used only for:

  • Processing and delivering your order
  • Contacting you regarding order updates or issues
  • Printing your uploaded designs
  • Customer support when needed

3. Cookies

HeraPrint does not intentionally use tracking cookies or analytics tools. However, basic cookies may be used automatically by your browser or hosting provider for essential website functions.

You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some basic functionality may be affected.

4. How We Store and Protect Your Data

We take reasonable measures to keep your information safe, including:

  • Secure storage of order details
  • Restricted access to customer information
  • Deletion of uploaded files after order completion (when applicable)

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or share your information with marketers.

Your information may only be shared with:

  • J&T Express – for shipping your orders
  • Authorities – if required by law

6. Designer / Vendor Data

If you upload designs for the marketplace, you allow HeraPrint to store, display, and print them for customer orders.

7. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as necessary for:

  • Order fulfillment
  • Record-keeping required by Philippine law

8. Your Rights

You may request:

  • Access to your stored information
  • Correction of inaccurate details
  • Deletion of your data after order completion (if legally allowed)

9. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

Refund Policy

HeraPrint is committed to ensuring your orders are delivered correctly and in good condition. Please read our refund terms carefully:

1. Refund Requests

Customers may request a refund within 5 days from the date of delivery. Refund requests must be submitted through the HeraPrint website and include:

  • Order number
  • Name used for the order
  • Email or phone number associated with the order (for money transfer verification)
  • Photo of the item being returned
  • Reason for the refund

2. Approval and Return

Once the refund request is approved, customers have 5 days to ship the item back to HeraPrint. Refunds will only be processed after we receive the returned item and verify the issue. Refund requests will be cancelled if the item is not shipped within 5 days. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

3. Eligible Items for Refund

Refunds are only available for:

  • Damaged items during delivery
  • Missing items

Items with low-quality printing or design issues are not eligible for a refund, as printing is based on the quality of the uploaded artwork provided by the artist/designer.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through the HeraPrint website, but the actual payment will be sent via the customer’s Maya account. To ensure successful transfer, the account name must match the name used for the order, and the provided email will be used for sending the refund.

HeraArtist Agreement

This Marketplace Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) sets the terms for designers and vendors (“Vendors”) who upload and sell designs on HeraPrint. By using our platform, you agree to comply with this Agreement.

1. Vendor Eligibility

To participate as a vendor, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
  • Have the legal right to enter into this agreement under Philippine law
  • Own or have the proper license for all designs uploaded

2. Design Submission

Vendors agree that all uploaded content must:

  • Be original, licensed, or allowed for commercial use
  • Not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Not contain pornographic, hateful, violent, or illegal materials

HeraPrint reserves the right to remove any designs that violate this Agreement without prior notice.

3. Pricing, Commissions & Payouts

Vendors receive 10% of the product sale price (excluding shipping). Earnings are credited to the vendor’s account after a successful completed order.

Vendors may request a payout once they have accumulated at least ₱3,000 in available earnings. Payouts are sent through Maya.

After sending a payout request, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. If no update is received after this period, contact us at support@heraprint.com.

4. Tax and BIR Requirements

Vendors are responsible for complying with Philippine tax laws regarding their earnings from HeraPrint. HeraPrint may request your BIR registration or related tax documents if:

  • You receive consistent, recurring, or high-value commissions
  • There is a need to comply with legal reporting requirements

This ensures that all income generated through the platform is properly documented in accordance with local tax regulations. HeraPrint is not responsible for the vendor’s personal tax obligations; vendors should consult the BIR or a tax professional for guidance.

5. Order Fulfillment

HeraPrint handles printing and shipping of all orders. Vendors are responsible for ensuring their uploaded files are of sufficient quality for production. HeraPrint is not responsible for low-quality prints caused by the uploaded design.

6. Intellectual Property

Vendors retain ownership of their designs but grant HeraPrint a non-exclusive license to:

  • Display designs on the website and marketing materials
  • Print and sell products featuring the designs
  • Create previews, mockups, and thumbnails

7. Account Suspension and Termination

HeraPrint may suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violations of this Agreement, including:

  • Uploading prohibited content
  • Repeated copyright infringement
  • Fraudulent activity

If a vendor account is deleted or terminated, any remaining earnings below the ₱3,000 payout threshold will not be eligible for withdrawal. Vendors are responsible for requesting payout before account closure if they meet the minimum threshold.

8. Changes to the Agreement

HeraPrint may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform as a vendor constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets the standards for proper use of the HeraPrint platform. By using our website, services, or marketplace, you agree to comply with these rules. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. General Guidelines

Users, customers, and vendors must:

  • Use the platform for lawful purposes only
  • Respect the rights of other users and vendors
  • Provide accurate and truthful information when creating accounts or placing orders
  • Maintain the security of their account credentials

2. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Uploading content that is illegal, pornographic, hateful, or violent
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights of others

  • Using the platform to harass, impersonate, or mislead others
  • Distributing viruses, malware, or harmful files
  • Engaging in fraudulent activity, including manipulation of orders or refunds

3. Enforcement

HeraPrint reserves the right to:

  • Remove or disable access to content that violates this Policy
  • Suspend or terminate accounts for non-compliance
  • Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities if necessary

4. Changes to this Policy

HeraPrint may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
